Meet Lourdes

Lourdes assists the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer with the legal and compliance functions of Strategic. Lourdes previously worked for Strategic from 1996-2001 and rejoined the firm in 2015. In the interim, she served as Senior Counsel for various investment advisory firms, including a former affiliate of Strategic focused on emerging markets equities, Ashmore Equities Investment Management, and The Rock Creek Group. She has been admitted to the legal bars of New York and the District of Columbia.

Lourdes holds a J.D. from the Harvard Law School and a B.A. in Philosophy from Yale College.
