Sarah Kornmeier

Meet Sarah

Sarah leads the team dedicated to driving operational excellence through scalable, data-informed solutions. She oversees firm-wide business analysis, project management, and product ownership to ensure that business processes and tools are aligned with Strategic’s evolving needs. ​

She serves on Strategic’s Operating Committee. ​

Prior to joining Strategic, Sarah served as Vice President and Consultant at via Barnabas Consulting. She draws on more than 16 years of experience in systems engineering and strategic delivery.​

Sarah holds an M.S. in Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Northwestern University.
