Strategic’s Head of Private Markets, Paul Kramer, Presented at the 5th Annual Global Institutional Real Estate Investor Forum in New York

On April 4, 2017, Paul Kramer, Managing Director at Strategic Investment Group, was a panelist for the “Fundamental Factors in GP Selection” at the Market Group’s Annual Global Institutional Real Estate Investor Forum in New York.  The panel conducted a discussion on the best ways to source and screen managers for real estate investment vehicles and criteria for investors to use when considering due diligence procedures and parameters.
