Strategic Selected as a Finalist for 100 Women in Finance’s 2024 Americas Industry DEI Award

We are thrilled to announce that Strategic Investment Group was selected as a finalist for the 100WF 2024 Americas Industry DEI Award. A core component of 100 Women in Finance’s mission is to inspire, equip, and advocate for a new generation of industry leadership, where women and men serve as investment professionals and executives, equal in achievement and impact and the 100WF Industry DEI Award seeks to recognize organizations that are driving forward and shaping the future of women in the finance industry.

The 2024 recipient of the 100WF Americas Industry DEI Award will be announced November 6, 2024, and finalists have been notified in advance of the Award Ceremony. Strategic Investment Group is a Global Corporate Sponsor of 100WF and paid an annual $10,000 sponsorship fee that provides free membership for Strategic employees. The criteria for judging applicants are quantitative numbers, qualitative initiatives, and overall application. Each applicant is given a score out of 5 for each of these areas. The totals are added and compared. Each initial application is read and scored by 2 selection committee members with different committee members scoring different applications (no consistent pairing of judges) to avoid personal bias. The selection committee is a volunteer committee composed of DEI experts. After the first round, applications are shortlisted, and the applications are reviewed and ratified by the 100 Women in Finance Board. The aggregated scores usually highlight the winner and finalists. In the case of a tie, the selection committee will conduct a silent vote on the order of their choices of first, second, and third place.
