Meet Steven

Steven joined the Board of Strategic Investment Group in July 2026.

Steven is an Operating Partner within B-FLEXION with a focus on people strategy, talent, and organization development through all phases of a company’s life cycle. He brings more than 20 years of experience as an operator, executive, and board member.

Full-time roles include senior level positions across a number of industries, including Professional Services, Financial Services, and Life Sciences. Steven joined the B-FLEXION team in 2022 and has been an active board member and advisor across the global platform.

Before joining B-FLEXION, Steven was the Chief People & Engagement Officer at Karyopharm Therapeutics, a publicly-traded pharmaceutical organization dedicated to the advancement of therapies in the oncology space. He also spent 10 years as an executive at NaviNet, a healthcare focused technology organization connecting the most payors and providers in the US market. Additional roles include being a member of the executive team at Ipswitch, Inc., a technology organization which provided a broad global platform for financial and data transactions. Separate from corporate work, Steven also serves on the President’s advisory board of the Whittier Street Health Center, a community-based provider serving tens of thousands of patients in one of the most underserviced neighborhoods in the region as well as many years as a board member for the National Association of Business Resources.

Steven compliments his professional experiences with a Bachelor’s Degree in Interpersonal Communication from the University of New Hampshire and a Master’s of Science Degree in Human Capital Management from Suffolk University. There are also a number of local, charitable, and industry organizations that count him as a board member, advisor, and volunteer.
