Meet Paul

Paul leads the private markets team, directing Strategic’s activities in real estate and private equity investments. Additionally, he serves on Strategic’s Management Committee. ​

Prior to joining Strategic, Paul was a Managing Director at CB Richard Ellis and a Manager at Kenneth Leventhal & Company. He started his career with Arthur Andersen as a Tax Professional in its Washington, D.C. office. ​

Paul holds an M.S. and a B.S. in Accounting from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. He has passed the Uniform Certified Public Accountant Examination, but no longer maintains the CPA designation.
