Meet Christine

Christine directs the development, implementation, and ongoing management of client-focused investment solutions leveraging the full resources of the firm. Prior to joining Strategic, she served as Chief of Investments at the National Gallery of Art, Washington, D.C. where she oversaw asset allocation, risk management, investment strategy, and manager selection for the National Gallery’s $1.4 Billion endowment portfolio.  Prior to the National Gallery Christine was Managing Director for alternative investments at Avec Capital and served as Senior Investment Officer at Georgetown University, Investment Office.

Christine is a member of the American Chemical Society Pension and Investment Committee, the National 4-H Council Investment Working Group and Investment Subcommittee and Bucknell Humanities Center Alumni Advisory Board. She previously served as a Trustee for Montgomery County Employee Retirement Plans and Consolidated Retiree Health Benefits Trust and for the National Honor Society Scholarship Fund and as a member of the YWCA National Capital Area Investment and Finance committees. She also served in leadership roles for the Bucknell University Alumni Association Board of Directors.

Christine holds Master of Arts degrees in History and Russian and East European Studies from Georgetown University and a B.A. in International Relations and Russian Language from Bucknell University, where she graduated cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, with honors.  She is a member of the CFA Institute, the CFA Society of Washington, D.C., Private Equity Women’s Investment Network (PE WIN), Women’s Association of Venture & Equity (WAVE), and 100 Women in Finance.
